Individual Counseling

Everyone gets overwhelmed at one time or another. We provide personalized mental health care aiming for self-discovery and healing. Individual counseling is provided to children (6 years old and up), adolescents, and adults. 

 

 Group Counseling

Groups allows children and adolescents struggling with social and emotional concerns that affect their mental health to find a supportive and safe place to learn and practice skills. Topics addressed in groups include: emotional regulation, stress management, problem solving/decision making, peer relationships and more.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is counseling offered in-person only?

As each visit is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, we offer individual counseling, either in person or via telehealth to clients based on age and area of concern. Currently, the group counseling is only offered in-person. 

Do you take insurance?

Yes, insurance is accepted from major providers such as Aetna, BlueCrossBlueShield PPO, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Multiplan.
