Welcome to Meet In The Middle Therapeutic Group!

We're excited to embark on this journey of growth and support with you. Middle school is a time of both excitement and challenges, marked by new experiences and significant emotional and social development.

In our group, we'll provide a safe and supportive environment to explore topics relevant to the middle school experience. Whether it's navigating friendships, academic pressures, or managing emotions, we're here to help especially when Anxiety is a factor as well. Each session will offer activities and discussions aimed at promoting self-awareness, social skills, and emotional well-being.

Our goal is to provide a supportive space where they can learn, grow, and thrive during these middle school years. We encourage them to participate actively, share thoughts and feelings, and take advantage of the resources and support available through this group.

Remember, you're not alone on this journey. Together, we'll navigate the ups and downs of middle school and emerge stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face whatever lies ahead.
